Fern
Ref: SNfer01
This fern is a relatively compact one, and a lovely bright green. Ferns are an ancient species of plant, and are common sight in woodlands and shady areas in the UK. Ferns add a touch of natural woodland to the garden, and are an interesting addition to the more common favourites.
Ferns can look quite brackish in the autumn and winter, so make good companions to evergreens which will continue to provide some colour in the winter.
