| Making A Purchase 1.Branchout Ltd Products 1.1.All Branchout Ltd Products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in the UK, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man or as otherwise directed. 1.2.Certain Branchout Ltd Products may be delivered by us either in bud or without leaves. This is to help ensure the Product does not expire in transit. 1.3.Some Branchout Products may be harmful or poisonous. Do not consume the Products unless otherwise stated on individual Product page details or delivered care instructions. 1.4.All Branchout Ltd Products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Branchout Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. 1.5.In the event that we are unable to supply the Branchout Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. 2.Prices 2.1.Prices listed on Branchout Ltd's Websites are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your purchase form. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but will tell you if prices have changed before we deliver your Order so you may either cancel or agree the changes. 2.2.Prices include VAT and standard delivery charge for most parts of the UK mainland. Extra charges apply for delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and offshore islands of the UK and for Saturday deliveries.3.Orders / Payment 3.1.We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo, but excluding Electron, department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. 3.2.You will be given clear instructions to follow to navigate the Order Form and you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. By clicking on the 'check out' button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on Branchout Ltd's Websites. 3.3.Payment is processed at point of Order 3.4.Payment details are securely processed, verified and the funds debited from your card by HSBC bank and their partners. We do not hold your payment card details. 3.5.Submitting your Order Form is subject to our acceptance. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract until we have delivered the Product or its substitute. 3.6.When we email you a written confirmation of your Order, we are confirming receipt of your Order, and not acceptance of it. Order confirmations we email to you shall summerise your order details and advise you that we are processing your request. Confirmation of your order will include confirmation of your card message, the price, and product details, and any special instructions you requested. You must check the details are correct as each order is custom made and delivery and gift wrapping forms a bespoke and integral part of the Product. 3.7.We cannot accept Order Forms from customers under the age of Sixteen (16) years. |
| Delivery Schedule 4.Delivery 4.1.Standard delivery is included in all Branchout Ltd's Product prices to most parts of the UK mainland except where stated on individual Product or Basket information pages. Because we use third party carriers we cannot absolutely guarantee standard delivery and ideal delivery dates, though most do arrive on time. Please note that to avoid some products being held at the couriers depots in sealed boxes over the weekend, deliveries requested for a date falling on a Monday may not arrive until Tuesday. 4.2.If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Branchout Ltd you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your Order Form. Selected products may not available for delivery to certain areas - where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order. 4.3.Should you require your delivery to be made within a specific time period we are able to offer the following additional delivery services: a)Saturday Delivery we will dispatch your Order using a guaranteed carrier or postal delivery service. Orders must be received by 2pm, at least 2 working days prior to requested Saturday delivery date. Saturday deliveries will incur additional charges as applied by our selected carriers. 4.4.Express Delivery and Next Day services may be withdrawn without notice during busy periods. 4.5.Delivery will be deemed as successfully made once the Product has arrived at the address specified. No signature is required for proof of Delivery. Products may be left at the Delivery address without the Recipient's permission. Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended Recipient. Any loss or damage to the Products shall then be at your own risk. 4.6.Should Delivery be refused at the Delivery address, and re-requested for another date, we reserve the right to request payment for the second Delivery, or refuse redelivery, since we met our Delivery obligations with the initial Delivery attempt. 4.7.It is the Recipients responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's Delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible. You should notify us of the shortages within 10 days of Delivery. If boxes show signs of damage on Delivery, we recommend the contents are inspected before accepting and signing the Delivery note. 4.8.On acceptance by us of your Order Form we will advise you by e-mail confirmation of the intended delivery date. Please be aware that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed (except Guaranteed Delivery options) although we will make every reasonable effort to achieve the Delivery date requested. You acknowledge that actual delivery will be made by a third party postal service or courier service. 4.9.We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays but in this case we will deliver the Product you request on the next working day. Orders received on a Friday preceding a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched after the holiday to ensure contents are fresh on delivery. 4.10.Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. 4.11.Certain products will be delivered during a delivery period, providing delivery within a time frame around your preferred delivery date - if this is the case for your order, we will advise you prior to, or during the order process. In the very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible we will give you prior notice wherever possible and we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse your payment in full in accordance with clause 1.5 above. 4.12.Goods delivered via third party services are normally despatched 1 working day before the requested delivery date for most UK mainland addresses. For deliveries via third party to Northern Ireland, UK Offshore islands and some areas of Scotland, please allow up to an additional 24 hours after the requested delivery date for delivery to be made. 4.13. In the case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient. 4.14. In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we (including the third party delivering your order) reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form. |

| Returns Policy5. Cancellation and Returns 5.1.Orders may be amended or cancelled up to the point at which we dispatch the product, which is usually 1 working day before the intended delivery date. 5.2.To amend or cancel your order, please email support@beechlife.co.uk stating your Order Reference Number. We will confirm to you whether the order is cancelled or already dispatched. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the Cancellation. 5.3. If you decide to Cancel an Order after the Products have been confirmed as despatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage or customised elements of those Products. We advise you check the status of the Order before you request Cancellation. 5.4.You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. 5.5.You may Return any Delivered Products you have purchased within 7 working days of Delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing via email or post within 7 working days of Delivery. If You are Returning a Product for any reason, except damage or defect, You must pay the costs of Returning the Products to Us or our suppliers and the costs of any customised elements. 5.6.If the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, is damaged or defected, AND you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may Cancel the Order and receive a full Refund. You will not be charged for the costs of returning an unapproved substitute or defective product. 5.7.You understand that Trees and Plants are perishable Products, and require regular care. Because of the perishable nature of Branchout Ltd's Products, and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase, and to email us with photographic evidence of any damage. 5.11.We will not accept Returns or Cancellations if the Products have been customised to meet your Order requirements, or if You have planted, transplanted, cut or altered the Product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the Product as your own. 5.12.While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to Return to us in good condition. Products must be Returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Care must be taken to ensure the Return Products are packed well to avoid damage or loss in transit. Products Returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the Refund given. 6.Refunds 6.1.Refunds will be processed within 30 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the Refund will be made in £GBP at the current exchange rate. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of Ordering and the time of issuing the Refund. |
